Workshop
The Core Doors
Expose the values steering decisions so integrity and alignment become everyday practice.
The Core Doors is a values-based course that helps people identify what’s really driving their choices. Participants explore three value layers—default values, transitional values, and non-negotiable values—and learn how each one shows up across different seasons of life and leadership. This course makes it clear why you can look “fine” on the outside while your decisions are quietly misaligned on the inside.
For individuals, it supports self-nourishment by exposing the values you inherited, the values you adopted to survive, and the values you choose to live by going forward. For teams, it creates shared language around decision-making, accountability, and culture norms—so values stop being posters on a wall and start becoming usable tools. The outcome is stronger integrity, clearer boundaries, and a more consistent way to lead and live.
